Last year my house was on foreclosure list but i talked to the mortgage company and they put me on a six month forebearance agreement and told me I had 6 months to pay them there $3,000.00 so is there any loan i may get and my house is worth $80,000.00 even through I still have this foreclosure on my credit

Our house has been in foreclosure for months and there has been nothing we’ve been able to do to stop it. We’ve called the mortgage company time and time again trying our best to work anything out, and all they have told us is that we need to come up with over $15,000 by May 22nd (which is in about a week) to give them in one lump sum. That’s impossible. So when they told us this (about a month ago) we decided to look into selling the house to one of our friends before the sheriff’s sale date, which is June 7th. Is this possible? He’s more than willing to buy our house for it’s complete estimated value and wants to make an offer. If he puts in an offer before June 7th will the house be out of our hands before then and sold to him? We just really need it to be sold before sheriff’s sale. Will this work?

My husband and I are trying to buy our first home..well three years ago we relinquished his rights to a truck little did we know that it would show as a repossession on his credit score. We paid off the remaining balance of the truck after they sold it at auction. Since then we have built his credit score back up to a 688 and mine is a 733. Will this stop us from getting a FHA home loan?

I have had this condo for more than 2 years. My in-laws are planning to retire in Florida so they want to buy in from me. How could they take over the payments? Do I have to sell it to them without having to pay anything out of pocker? Do I need a realtor or broker?

Heres the thing, my wife and I have 760-780 credit scores and she currently has a barely 6 figure income job that is as secure as anything out there right now. I wonder what is needed because we might want to buy soon and keep as much cash on hand as possible with this economic outlook. We arent rolling in dough because we just finished college.

My parents recently signed the deed of their house over to me with a Life Estate clause added to it so that they will still have a place to live. The intentions were for me to get a home equity loan in order to make some much needed renovations to the house, including a handicapped suite for the both of them to make them more comfortable. However, everyone with whom I have spoken has told me that with the life estate clause on the deed, it is impossible for me to secure a home equity or other type of loan, even if my parents cosign since they are the beneficiaries of the life estate. What options do I have so that I can get a loan for the renovations?

Ok I need some help here. I live in Australia but my mom is in Canada and owns her own house. Now the problem is that she has met some a**hole guy who has moved in with her about 2 years ago. My worry is that what if something happens to her and she needs to go to a nursing home or whatever, can this guy who is 16 years younger than her have claim to her house? Thanks to all.

I sold my van to this guy, signed the title and wrote a bill of sell. Now 2 days later i see it a block from my house for sale. Can he sell it so fast? I thought you had to wait till you get the new title? Which is 4 weeks normally.

Whats with all the rules about keeping my gun locked and unloaded? What good is an unloaded gun, if the Taliban break in through the from door and try and rape me? We need to get rid of all the gun laws ALL OF ‘EM. Even kids under the age of 5 should be able to carry a gun. You never know if there is a predator out their and kids need to protect themselves. Its my constitutional right and my god given right to own and use a gun.
