Does anyone know of any legit company that will sell a condo fast (like those companys called, Sell your house in 24hrs, Fast cash for homes, Cash for homes, etc….) for at least what is owned on the loan?? Dont care if i get any profit from the sale of the condo, just want to break even and sell the condo. I am in CA. Please let me know if you know a company!!

If there is a lot of equity they will buy your house. They pay about 60 cents on the $ of the appraised value.
Obviously if you do not have 40% equity this is not going to work for you, your mortgage company will not let you sell for that.
I spoke to one of those companies and the only way they said they’d purchase my condo was if I sold it short sale.
Google them. But unless you have a lot of equity in the place you may not get what’s owed.
