10,000 or 20,000 us is ok ?
Sorry is an antique house, was build around 1930, roofs rail, 2 yards, 3 rooms, study, dinning room, living room, 2 bathrooms, service room, antique kitchen and very close to the town.
No mortage, is free about debts and is in Mexico.
Why are you so Steve? is not boat, I sale new houses, big lands, buildings and I have American customers and Mexicans.

If you are selling a house that is different and I can help.
The price must be competitive with houses that are actually selling (& closing) in the area. Price it as such and make it look the best, you should be able to sell, if anything is selling.
If you can not sell, tell me the address, financials and other information on the property and seller’s situation.
I would like to answer your question but for all I know it may have been grossly over valued.
EG one of my friends is trying to get 300,000 for his house. 220,000 would be more realistic.

You need a realtor to show you the comps for the area for you to price it competitively, or lower for a quick sale.
