I do not know where you are located (state) but that will determine a lot. In Raleigh NC the housing market has slowed but not like the rest of the nation.
Realtors are the best way to go unless you are in a highly visible or coveted neighborhood,.

you defenitley should go with a realtor, it’s for your own protection, there’s alot involved in selling your home and you don’t want to take a chance on messing things up on your behalf…just think about it… better safe than sorry
There are numerous sites out there. Do a quick search for FSBO or “sell house” to find them.
If you don’t want to pay fees, I suggest (where you can automatically post on multiple sites at the end…)
