Y Finance home page gives status of various markets. If one chose “more indeces” you would get additional markets. The original Home page sight was streamed. It isn’t now. Also the additional indeces page now appears different and in small miniscule print. How can I ge the original Yahoo sight that gives me quick info without having to refresh so frequently and how do I get back the original aditional indeces page? Many Thanks in advance. Novis1

I’m looking into getting a secured personal loan for improvements to a new home and would like to use my savings bonds as collateral. When I do this can I continue to keep the bonds in my safe deposit box or do I have to physically turn them over to the bank?

I would like to get a hard money loan or a secured loan using my mobile home as collateral. I want to borrow $9,000 to use to start a business. My credit is bad but I have a mobile home that is paid off, that I could use as collateral. Does anyone have any information on where to get this kind of funding?
Thanks!

I’ve been in debt for a while, and only now Capital One decided to hire a lawyer to go after me. I’d like to know what they can do, I own nothing but an old, cheap car, and work cust service from home, though technically it’s my own business where I make less than $500/month. Can they go into my bank account..? Is repossession only for tax issues? Thanks.

Is it possible to transfer the title to a irrevocable trust fund if you are in threat of foreclosure? I don’t own a home, just wonder if it’s an realistic plan for people who have lost their jobs and are therefore losing their homes to foreclosure? Thanks.

I don’t, many of these losers were living beyond their means. Many of them white people who lived in the suburbs becuz they didn’t want to live in the city with the black people. If you really can’t afford to live in a big house in the suburbs why not settle with something that is in within your budget. I don’t feel sorry for these losers at all. Many of them were being overpayed working at factories on the assembly line. Now that they lost their jobs there lifestyle also got throwing away.
I’m sorry but if you are doing unskilled work there is NO REASON they should pay you $70,000 a year that is too much. People who go to school and get a college degree don’t even make that much, why should they pay that amount to someone who is working at an assembly line? Just becuz it was one of the BIG. Now these losers have hit rock bottom and they don’t even have a home to go to. That’s there fault becuz they should have saved for a rainy day, not spent all their money on lavish vacations, college tuition for kids, several cars when they really couldn’t afford to.
These people are really their own worst enemy. They want to live like doctors and lawyers yet they are losers with expensive taste. Doctors and lawyers go to school for a very long time. They deserve to have a big income and with that comes a extravagant lifestyle. But if your a unskilled person doing wage slave work YOU SHOULD live in an impoverished area of the city. All these people were living off of their credit cards and now reality has caught up with them. Now the creditors are after them seizing their cars and bank accounts. Like they say “YOU MADE YOUR BED NOW SLEEP IN IT” and don’t complain becuz the world keeps going baby!!!!!!

I recently lost my job and with the price of gas my husband I and I can longer afford our SUV payment, gas, & insurance. We were thinking of handing it back over to the bank to just be done with the whole thing. We want to buy a home in a few years. How will this affect us?

My boyfriend’s house is currently in foreclosure. He is six months behind on payments. The sale date is two months away. If he can come up with the past due amount and pay it to the lender, will the foreclosure go away?

I am paying on three tax liens. Does these liens have to be paid in full before i can finance a home? Or can a structured payment plan suffice?

He died leaving his house to his children specified in will. However, he married two years before he died to his common-law wife of 12 years. Now his kids want her out of the house she lived in for 12 years with their dad. Kids are mature and on their own. What rights does she have? So far she is still in the house and even an eviction notice sent to her by his kids’s lawyer failed to get her out. She hired her own lawyer and he said as his wife she has rights. That when the smoke clears, the house will be sold and divided between her and the kids.
Ever hear of this anywhere? Does she have rights even though the will states that the house goes to his grown kids?
