I’m just wondering if we should do a home improvement loan, refinance our mortgage, do a home equity loan, etc.
We are looking at doing siding, some windows, soffits and fascia, etc.

My boyfriend and I have been living together for over two years but in my dad’s house, if we don’t have our own place that is ours could we still be considered married?
I’m from Tx and I know all the rules that have to be followed in order to be common law married but I wasn’t sure about the answer to my question.

I just wanted to know are laws passed through the house of representatives first or the senate? I’m not very good at politics and American History is confusing the hell out of me. Thanx, Julia.

The next limited trade on my stock is in June. I need to borrow against it for a down payment on a house before the end of May. I would also like to pay off some bills so I am looking to borrow around $30,000. At this time my stock is worth $52,000.

Should I trust my mother in law’s house?
I feel uncomfortable leaving my daughter over my mom in laws house. She’s have younger children, a boy who 11 and a girl 13. Before I was married I’m pretty sure I saw the girl (8 at the time) with her hand down her cousins(a boy, 5 years older than her) pants. To me this is not normal. I told hubby and he told his mother and he said she handled it (whatever that means). The girl has told her mom that she was touched unappropriately before, not sure if anything was done about it. Now I am uncomfortable with my 2 year old and my 5month old going over their house alone. I have bad dreams of daughter being molested over there. hubby is not worried and doesn’t think anything will happen. what do you think?

I cannot seem to be able to afford my car anymore, it is $495 a month. And I don’t want to stress myself with payments anymore and just accept circumstances. I know millions of people are in such predicament. If I buy a cash car, how long in how exactly would such repo affect my life? Since millions are losing cars and homes, at some point lenders will still have to sell homes to those with flawed credit to sell at all.
Should I cut my losses now?

If a man buys a house in Ontario, and his common law girlfriend moves in with him for four years… Does she have the legal ability to take the house from him after a break up?

I have a past repossession due to job loss for over 34k and they are charging me $7 interest a day. I have 6 credit cards with chase, capital one, and a home depot card, these will not be included in the chapter 7 because I don’t own any on these cards. Thanks for you help.

Have lived with my partner for over two years now in his house. What does the law say regarding splitting up? Do I have any rights? How fast do I have to move out?

Ok I need to move because I’m getting behind on my payments. I need to move somewhat fast but I have never moved before so I don’t really know where to begin. I don’t know what to do about the whole process. I need to find a realator with good rates who doesn’t take TOO much and I need to know what all i need to do? Do i just call a realator and have them put it up for sale? I just need it done fast..what do i do? I’m falling behind on my payments. I have not paid February’s or March’s yet :/
I live in Central Florida F.Y.I

Kicking a family out of their house because of unreasonable interest rates and greedy bankers is surely a human rights issue. Does it call for extreme/non-violent action, like squatting your own home??
